What are tracked customers?

Tracked Customers are people that provide you with feedback. As soon as they do, we flag them as active for the next 3 months. In case this customer does not provide you with additional feedback during these 3 months, the customer gets flagged as inactive.

What happens when I exceed my limits?

Don't worry, you'll still have access to Waitlyst if you exceed your customer limits, however any new customers added past your limit, will be hidden from your dashboard until you upgrade.

Can I always cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time you can cancel any active subscription you have on Waitlyst. You'll still have access to Waitlyst until the end of your subscription's billing term

How do I sign up for a plan?

As a project admin, you can upgrade to a plan (or update what plan you’re on) by going to your profile settings, and selecting a plan under the subscriptions tab.
